Donate your computer.
Call (800) 939-6000 with your used computer, and tell your friends How To Donate Computers.
Is your employer contributing?
Thousands of quality computers sit in storage when they are critically needed in schools.
Make a cash contribution.
The cost to administer the solicitation, collection, transportation, repair and distribution of computers averages $100 per computer. Cash contributions from individuals and businesses are needed in order to continue the policy of providing computers to schools without charge. Each $100 sponsors another quality computer in a classroom. We invite you or your company to Become A Major Sponsor. Donations are tax-deductible. We need your support! Please mail contributions to Computers for Schools Foundation, 3642 N. Springfield St., Chicago, IL 60618.
Involve your local service organization.
Have your club (Rotary, Kiwanis or trade group) adopt a goal of raising a target number of donated computers for schools.
Spread the word!
Computers are everywhere, and donors appreciate knowing how surplus can be put to use. Include our phone number in your communications to clients, club members, friends, and other potential donors. Write to your favorite newspaper editor or elected representatives.
